HOW DIVI PLATINUM SUPPORTS NONPROFITS
Divi Platinum recognizes the importance of charitable organizations in the community and around the world. As a result we are committed to donating 5 percent of our profits to non-profit organizations. Divi customers can choose from the following organizations for donations made on their behalf.
The Susan G. Komen Foundation's mission is to save lives by meeting the most critical needs in our communities and investing in breakthrough research to prevent and cure breast cancer. This organization has transformed how the world treats and talks about breast cancer. Since 1982, they have funded more than $988M in research, more than $2.2 billion in education, screening and treatment, serving millions in over 60 countries worldwide.
Uganda is one of the epicenters for human trafficking. With high unemployment, civil instability, and one of the youngest populations in the world, traffickers promising lucrative jobs are easily able to prey on vulnerable victims. Working collaboratively with the Ugandan Government, as well as local Ugandan and international organizations, Willow aids in the rescue of victims and restoration of survivors.
Oscar & Ma specializes in producing fun and compelling events for non-profits and associations. Our mission is to produce events with the fun and premium quality of the Oscars while taking care of our customers like your “Ma” would. A portion of our staff is hired from the underserved community, providing training and local jobs opportunities to populations who need a second chance.
Tens of thousands of volunteers, donors and supporters advance the Make-A-Wish® vision to grant the wish of every child diagnosed with a critical illness. A wish can be that spark that helps these children believe that anything is possible and gives them the strength to fight harder against their illnesses. This one belief guides us and inspires us to grant wishes that change the lives of the kids we serve.
Together with millions of supporters, we take on puppy mills, factory farms, the fur trade, trophy hunting, animal cosmetics testing and other cruel industries. We rescue and care for thousands of animals every year through our Animal Rescue Team’s work and other hands-on animal care services. We fight all forms of animal cruelty to achieve the vision behind our name: A humane society.
In May 1968, a group of young doctors decided to go and help victims of wars and major disasters. This new brand of humanitarianism would reinvent the concept of emergency aid. They were to become Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), known internationally in English as Doctors Without Borders. Since 1980, MSF has opened offices in 28 countries and employs more than 30,000 people across the world. Since its founding, MSF has treated over a hundred million patients.
Founder and entertainer Danny Thomas opened the doors to St. Jude in 1962 with the dream that “no child should die in the dawn of life." Today, St. Jude is leading the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. Precision therapies. Better vaccines. Healthier, happier survivors. We dream big, and build our research programs to match. These are just a few of the pioneering initiatives that make St. Jude different.
